Resetting your password
Wherever possible we use self‑service password reset. If you're locked out:
- Start from the official sign‑in page for your email or workplace apps.
- Look for a link that says “Can't access your account?” or similar.
- Follow the prompts and choose the strongest verification option available.
- If that fails, raise a ticket — never share passwords over chat or email.
When the VPN won't connect
- Check that your internet connection works without the VPN first.
- If you're on public Wi‑Fi, try tethering from your phone instead.
- Restart your device; this clears a surprising number of VPN issues.
- If you still can't connect, capture the exact error message and send it with your ticket.
